3.1 14-Day Winter Trial
We want your child to stay cozy all season long. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or the fit is not ideal for layering, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We offer exchanges or store credit for items in their original, unwashed, and unused condition with all tags and thermal packaging intact.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Base Layers: Thermals or socks that have been worn against the skin.
- Washed Apparel: Any item that has been laundered or shows signs of wear.
- Clearance Items: Products purchased during “End of Season” warehouse events.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds for defective items are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after our quality audit team in Pakistan inspects the returned goods at our distribution center.
